At Butter By Boss, every order is handcrafted, carefully packaged, and prepared with intention. We are committed to delivering your products with the same level of excellence used to create them.


Processing Time

Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

We proudly ship through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Warm Weather Notice

Because our whipped shea butter is crafted with natural ingredients, it may soften or melt during warmer months.

If your product arrives softened:

• Place in freezer for 20–30 minutes
• Allow product to rest at room temperature for several hours

Product quality remains uncompromised.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will gladly assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Butter By Boss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

• Photos of packaging
• Photos of damaged items
